We're a small studio, not a call center. Typical reply window is one business day; complex hardware questions can take a little longer because we want to actually investigate before answering. If something is urgent — a unit that won't boot, an order that looks wrong — say "URGENT" in the subject and we'll prioritize.

Bug reports, feature ideas, and rough-edges-you-noticed are welcome. We're a small team and product input from early users actually shapes what ships next.

For physical correspondence (warranty returns, legal notices), email us first and we'll provide the current return address. We don't publish it here to keep the inbox sane.
